Welcome to J Movers and Packers. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services. By booking our moving and packing services, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Service Agreement
   Upon confirmation of your booking, a service contract will be established between the customer and J Movers and Packers. This agreement outlines the scope of services, estimated costs, and delivery timelines.

2. Pricing and Payment
   Our service charges are based on the volume of goods, distance, and specific service requirements. Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms, and a deposit may be required prior to the move.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
   Cancellations or changes to the moving schedule must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations made after this period may incur a fee.

4. Liability and Insurance
   While we take great care in handling your items, J Movers and Packers is not liable for any damage caused by unavoidable circumstances. We recommend purchasing additional insurance for valuable or fragile items.

5. Client Responsibilities
   The client is responsible for ensuring that all goods are packed properly (if self-packed) and that all required access points for loading and unloading are available on the scheduled date.

6. Dispute Resolution
   Any disputes arising from the service will be handled according to the UAE’s legal framework.
